✓ 6 Week Core and Pelvic Floor Restore Program

Small, intimate group (maximum 8). This program is designed to help you get strong from the inside out. We will guide you to reconnect with your pelvic floor, rebuild the core and heal diastasis. It’s suitable for new mums or any women struggling with a leaky pelvic floor and/or weak core. Sessions run for a scheduled 6 weeks of reintroducing your body to exercise by combining a mix of pelvic floor work, core restore exercises, functional exercises and some resistance work to make it an enjoyable but deeply beneficial and safe way to get fit. Your pelvic floor will be constantly worked, and your heart rate will be raised to help you lose weight and increase fitness whilst aiding the healing process that your body is going through since having a baby. Classes include education and nutritional support as well as time to talk with other women dealing with the same issues as you. We exercise, learn, share information and have fun doing it!

Babies and toddlers are welcome!

✓ Outdoor Mums & Bubs Classes with Onsite Nannies

Our Outdoor Group Training sessions are for mums who would like to get fit in a safe and effective way. These sessions combine a variety of cardio, resistance/strength exercises, flexibility, core stability and some pelvic floor exercises (yes, we still look after your PF).  They are designed to get you fit and strong and help you flatter that mummy tummy, get shapely legs, tighter butts and awesome arms! Each session is different to keep your body guessing. We ensure that our workouts are enjoyable, motivating, challenging and effective to get you fit, strong and healthy bodies. These sessions will give you the confidence to bring your sexy back! We cater for all fitness levels, and exercises can be modified for individual needs, from basic to advanced!

The best part is that our professional nannies will look after your little one so you can concentrate on yourself! 

Please note we recommend that you complete our Core and Pelvic Floor Restore Program  or you get a green light from a women’s health physiotherapist before commencing these sessions.

 

✓ Strong Mums

These indoor sessions are for mums who have re-build from the inside out and are ready to take their training to the next level. Using a combination of functional strength training and HIIT these sessions will help to become fitter, stronger and more confident then ever before!

Whether you can’t attend our group sessions, want more personal attention and care or have specific goals, this service is for you. Our PT will come to you so you can train at your nearby park or in the comfort of your own home while the kids sleep, play or get involved in your workout. We coach you in exercise, nutrition and mindset to ensure your success. We pride ourselves on giving you the tools and knowledge to succeed for the rest of your life.
